Akatsuki has bums like Zetsu and Konan, which is ok but it's hard to compete with no misses. When an Admiral is on screen everything is on hold, it's like the world is moving in slow mo. Sengoku doesn't even count tbh, but even him when he was shown as an Admiral was shown with aura.

That shit on Oda and how he draw haki trash .
Lets say he was using CoC before ( that is most likely the case).
It clear to see that Oda wanted to put more emphasis on CoC when he in DR mode. ( like when luffy did WSG for eg )
So he decide to draw it more for all the attacks since we seeing it every where last chapter .
No my problem that Oda is trash when he want to draw haki .

He wanted to put more emphasis on the hit cause they were actually effective. The lightning effects are used for critical strikes not just every attack that does nothing.
