Domi reversi isn't amping up Rocks's coc. It is actually subduing it. It is physical amp not spiritual. Haki is spiritual will power. Heck rocks was fighting against domi reversi at first with his coc.

I view Domi Reversi as a berserker buff. Lose control of Character but strength and crit go up. So idk which version for certain is stronger because Rocks didn’t really display his iconic swordsmanship from what im seeing in raws(I’m also having a hard time seeing Roger’s final attack) and we know he’s a high IQ player in this world which is obviously snuffed out
