Ven, the prime thing is just a meme at this point. Old characters pretty much keep their strength,it's why Big Mom and Whitebeard can still be Yonko even though they're older then sixty, and Sengoku can be FA in his 70s. If anything,the world looks down on younger characters, and Oda doesn't usually have top tiers peaking until they're like in their 40s(Luffy/shp and Shanks are obvious exceptions, because they're prodigies)
