GTA 6 is obviously set up to be a huge disappointment. GTA 5 being such a huge hit already gives it a hard challenge to surpass its predecessor but 13-15 years (don't think this is going to be the last delay) of wait has created such high expectations and such huge hype that it's gonna be impossible to live up to it even if the game is phenomenal. Being better than GTA 5 isn't enough. It's gotta be the greatest video game ever.

Tbf Naughty Dog did fuck up with TLOU2 doing the same thing, kept delaying and expanding the story to the point where they overcooked it.

Yet from a technical standpoint I don't think there's a game more refined than TLOU2. So I still doubt the game will not be a banger.

Last of us 2's issues were more with the writing IMO. Neil dumped his co-writer from the 1st game and nose dived the plot, it was pretty clean otherwise.
