The reasoning is very easy to understand.
WB obtained the title likely after God Valley, no human was stronger than him at that point, at best equal. Mihawk at that point is irrelevant as he is too young.
Kaido obtained his title 10 years after god valley and got a title superior than WSM which he cant wield to begin with bcs he aint human. Mihawk at this point is also irrelevant as he is still to young while Kaido is stronger than anyone else.
And then we reach the era of Mihawk's peak which is 3 decades after WSM got his title and 2 decades after WSC got his title. At this point, Mihawk is the strongest and WSC is a rumor while WSM flat out confirms that he aint the strongest anymore.
Is this reasoning above people's paygrade or we are simply dealing with butthurt agendabros who want their faves to be above Kaido/Mihawk but cry because they have no evidence for it whatsoever?

I assume it is something only very very few can do. Not because it is difficult but it requires a huge amount of Haki. It’s difficult to sustain long term. As we know you can run out of Haki. Luffy couldn’t use any Haki after gear 4 in the beginning. I assume it requires such a big amount of Haki that only Imu, joyboy and DR Xebec can do it for a prolonged time.
I'm thinking it might be the supernova trio vs admirals instead of m3 vs admirals, since there's more opportunity for their fruits to interact that way, and you could have a whole theming of Kidd vs Aramaki or Issho

Luffy/Akainu
Teach/Kizaru(Akainus equal)
Kidd and Law/Aramaki and Issho.
Wings might end up against Gorosei because they're more typical fighters, I guess. They just overcome the zoan forms. And while Oda will never have Kidd or Law be equal to Luffy like Roja, he will probably try keeping their public achievements a big deal in their own way, I think

Well there would be a moral difference between fighting for the WG against the SHP, as opposed to the BBP or like Kidd(though Kidd isn't *that evil*). I think it would be a missed opportunity to not have BBP vs Admirals at this point because the Rocks parallel, light vs darkness fruit clash, and Kuzan getting to interact with Sakazuki and Borsalino again. Shanks and Borsalino dying by the BBP is my guess, so they'll technically have achievements around or above the SHP
