I usually think of a Fuji game as a game that doesn't neccessarily follow the rule of "less is sometimes more" xd pretty sure he goes as all out on the flavour as he possibly can. This is Fuji we are talking about.

At the same time you might be right too, there are other indie options. It all depends on how he probably sets up the mafia team.

I have seen few setups of Fuji with 4 scum vs 12 town. Maybe this is what Alexis meant. Though there is no guarantee that this is the case here.
