Power levels finally make sense

Mihawk and Shanks are both prime Roger level with Mihawk being slightly stronger

This wouldn't make sense if Roger level was the endgame because Zoro can't be as strong as Luffy

But now with Imu and the Joy Boy stuff it's clear that the endgame power levels are going to be something retarded (making Yonko look like bums). When Luffy becomes strong enough to beat Im, he will be way stronger than Zoro even if Zoro becomes Roger level.
