My point is that we should not settle for less than a safe place. It's doesn't mean 0 negativity, it means being able to look at it and say "yup, that's negativity, I don't want to perpetuate that". The problem of this forum, of this fanbase and overall of pop culture fandoms is that negativity has become such a norm that positivity is now seen as a radical stance. Well obviously its about the dosage of what you are consuming. The dose makes the poison. Its not like im drinking alcohol to the point of being super drunk each and every day lol.

And smoking pot is still literally a medical application for many people, even on a regular basis (important to use proper filtration, maybe even vape, and dont mix with tobacco)

And sure, there are other things that are fun too. But most of the shit is more fun if im stoned especially eating delicious food or playing video games or watching comedy movies

those are different substances like MDMA.

but for any drug it is true that for some people it is unhealthy, especially if they are consuming too much. a friend of mine suffered from paranoia and hearing voices in his head for rougly a week due to taking the above mentioned substance alongside alcohol and cocaine.

When I hear talk about alcohol and weed and the details of consuming alcohol and smoking weed, my body physically cowers in disgust

I just hope you quit it and I hope in the future that I will be able to help the people who want to quit it, to do so

Necessary rather, in little dosage. For ex, when we lightly make fun of our friends, it's a form of negative behavior, but it's used so lightly that it can bring positivity. Now if we switch up just a little bit the dosage and make fun of an insecurity again & again.. then it becomes a problem. Negativity is a social construct & a world without it would be bland. But it's like poison. A little can heal & too much can kill.
