Aura (Godmother)
Lugner
Maybe Draht

I guess I could see Aura being separate from the rest, she kind of commands them but I don't recall her ever really being with them.

It’s more like they just let things happen.

That tends to be how it goes though. The vast majority of players can't play scum proactively so they just sit idly and hope the town make enough mistakes to not catch them. When you find enough townies (which is why these days I always try to focus on town reads) they don't have anywhere to go.
