Can’t say Dragons the worst when Garling exists

Garling doesn’t even count in that comparison, he’s comically, deliberately evil and never meant to be sympathized with. Dragon is supposed to be one of the “good guys" yet he’s still the most absent, useless father in that group. That’s why the contrast with Xebec works.

Not yet but just character wise he seems like he’s set to and he last chapter he almost killed his commander and kidnapped a celestial dragon a few chapters ago. If he doesn’t leave he’s one hundred percent being killed.
