Most characters in the manga get at least one cool moment though, I think Bobbins fans were just gullible for believing he'd get anything based off a thing that's mandatory for like 90% of the characters in the manga.
There was even a time where Hawkins looked a little cool for example

Bobbins and the BMP had aura back in the day, I even thought that Pudding was a top officer during FI.
