Yup even when he was ragdolling King and Queen he was eating attacks left and right, he wasn't avoiding a single thing. You're proving my point, which is this is how Marco gains an edge in combat by trucking through damage. He's never been evasive.

Doflamingo will have plenty of opportunities to swiss cheese him.

Against King and Queen he had to constantly switch focus due to fighting two characters at the same time while having no AOE. Doflaming attack rate might be high but he is not equivalent to having to fight King and Queen together. Marco just needs to get close to Doffy one single time to give him hell. Doffy's CQC skills are way too lackluster for him to have a shot, the man was struggling against Sanji (resorted to parasite) and G2 Luffy. You really need an ideal scenario where Marco is unable to get close to Doffy and just constantly eat attack and I simply don't see that happening. Marco is not that weak.

Akainu couldn’t really pierce Kuma’s body, and the dude wasn’t even trying to defend. Vegetable Kuma with 2% of his haki also managed to absolutely destroy Saturn, a top-tier. Mind you that Sanji can’t even get close to Saturn beforehand.

Doflamingo made Law with a broken ope ope no mi who was competent against Kaidou and BM on the he roof with the same abilities....look like a toddler. He's the only high tier Oda was comfortable drawing breaking out of Kuzan's ice, and Oda drew him sitting ontop of Jozu like he was a footstool.
Not to mention he achieved awakening, and is a born conqueror, both things Marco and King are missing.

Let's pump the brakes...Doflamingo's portrayal is immaculate. The only thing holding him back is his underwhelming Dressrosa AP feats and underwhelming haki. Katakuri was an upgraded Mingo, if he didn't exist the portrayal argument was absolutely there for him.
