Do you even bother to fucking read the panels, bruh? Nami's weather abilities were a compromising factor for Cracker. It's why they went for 11+ hours.
Notice the absence of Luffy.
Again, they were fighting for over 11 hours. Maybe he did try and it didn't work. Maybe Luffy left no opening.
It doesn't matter, the point is Nami was written in a way to compromise Cracker's DF abilities.

Cracker's soldiers being weakened by water is the same as if Doffy's strings went limp and dull whenever he tried to use them on Luffy.
Also "Erm, but what if he used this super strong attack off the rip?" can be used against Doffy as well.
Again the main point here is the people you've built a connection with, it's why I made a comparison between having children and forming a bond with fans of a series you like/liked
It's easy to leave something behind if you no longer care for it but it's harder if that thing has something that you genuinely care about and love. For example if I quit OP I'd probably have to leave this forum and thus wouldn't be able to talk to users I admire such as CoC, Yasheen, you, Moreha, Blazing Lion, Uncle Van etc.
Those are all users here that I like and enjoy talking to whenever we do talk. If I left I'd be deprived of that, not to mention all the funny memes and theories I see here.

Even post GK, Doffy was dominating Luffy using mostly kicks, barely using strings. Meanwhile Cracker with his sword couldn't dominate an obese base Luffy who could barely breathe, couldn't even take down King Baum.
Cracker could only perform well with his max defense and while Luffy used one of his weakest boundman moves, no higher end ones like Kong Gatling, let alone KKG. A weaker move than KKG (Tankman's cannon ball) had enough force to break through all of Cracker's clones and still have enough momentum left to send Cracker flying across the country. Yet Luffy kept his high end moves back and used a weak ass Kong Organ the first time.

But even if you use your scenario in this case the other users would be the children while your wife would be One Piece
You can divorce your wife and still have a fully healthy relationship with your children. There are plenty of users here that don’t really interact with the chapter threads but you’ll see in Mafia threads or other sections 24/7
