How crazy is it Doffy had over 10 years of hype, crazy MF scenes, an entire arc building him up, and then his actual arc was the longest in OP at the time, making him the most iconic villain, only for his PL hype to die in 5 chapters from this jackass who had like, 5 chapters of screentime, and has probably been forgotten by casual fans

We need to reorder all the powerscaling. Just look at Luffy having a 400 million bounty with no haki mastery pre time skip, 400 million much higher than many post time skip characters which are Veterans.
