What the fuck is there to even "engage" about anymore?



Hara's latest arcs have been a streak of the same uninteresting garbage repeated back-to-back:

-No strategies, tactics, or special formations used

-Random melee duels and clashes

-Armies mindlessly charging at each other

-Wars ending quickly in mere 1 or 2 days as opposed to weeks

-The same panel of the generals sending their soldiers forward

-No flanking or killing strokes

-No siege towers or crossbows

-Everyone uses a glaive, barely any sword users, spear users, or archers

-No important deaths or stakes (we literally just got two fakeouts with YTW and Danto)

-No plot or narrative weight besides "we just gotta win this one guys, even if we lost we can just conscript another 100k easy"

-Only numbers matter, not other skills or intellect

-The same panel of SBK, Ten, and various HSU members sweating

-Characters don't physically age or grow and look the same

-Riboku always pulling new generals out of nowhere (despite Zhao being on its last legs now)

-Zhao winning their latest fights by pure martial might (Houken + Seika)

-HSU getting free hand-outs like Saki clan + Han army and still fumbling

Juuko, Eikyuu, Gian, Hango, Han, and now this...

I could go on and on about how abysmally mid this manga has become, but I'm sure most of the users here (besides @Elder Lee Hung anyway) have already noticed the cracks show since WZI Gyou arc ended.

The downfall of Kingdom has begun, and everybody is afraid to mention it.

I don’t care to spend my time convincing morons why something I like is good lol, I’d sooner just stop engaging with the community entirely. 99% of my Kingdom activity is on TKC and even sometimes on Reddit nowadays lol.
