I've never seen Zoro or Luffy willing to be killed and risk getting their friends killed as well for those things, and that's the big difference.
It's completely fine for Sanji to have an extreme amount of love and lust for women, it's not like this isn't common for a lot of real men/women too. You're comparing an obvious gag (unless you think Luffy somehow can't just destroy the lock and eat all their food supplies in a minute) to a plotline that has driven Sanji into dangerous situations multiple times (him getting trapped by Black Maria and being forced to call Robin, letting Kalifa beat on him when they had to save Robin, bleeding out after a mermaid hugged him and needing to get a blood tranfusion, etc.).
It doesn't matter if the characters call this flaw out or not, it's still a very blatant character flaw that Sanji needs to work on. I'm not saying that everyone needs to hate him because of how he acts towards women.

We saw he tends to be more successful when he's chivalrous in a tamer and more serious way, when he drops the overly simp act that's clearly a huge turn off. He just can't stop doing it. He'll probably stop doing it with the girl he'll build a life with, which is probably Pudding. I've never seen him be so calm and serious around a pretty girl like he was with her, and that resulted in them kissing. Seems pretty obvious where Oda is going with this imo.

I didn't read it like that at all. She simply understood he had to go and continue his journey, why else would she erase their kiss from his memory?

It's more like Romeo and Juliet, they can't be together because of circumstances, but that's gonna change eventually. The fact her being captured by the big villain of the story is central to the plot reinforces the fact there's bound to be more to it.

Pudding watched Sanji flirt with Nami right in front of her as well. Pudding knew that Sanji isn’t one to be a single woman man since then.

And oda doubling down on this the next arc by having Sanji surrounded by men who’ve succombed to Black Maria announce that he will love all women, it seems Oda doesn’t intent on Sanji settling down either.

Gaban and Sanji are different people, right, but there are some parallels (being #3, being a "missionary of love"). Gaban had had a lot of casual flings before settling with Ripley (remember he hit Shanks for mentioning it), but rn he doesn't seem to sleep around like Ray does as the latter has an open relationship with Shakky and they're both cool about it.

Sanji could've get laid with a hot mermaid way back on FI, he was simping a lot yet the ladies loved it anyways. His line for soba noodles in Wano was also like 90% ladies, so he might've had a chance there, too. But no, Sanji didn't have any one-night stands, so to me it seems like Oda is setting him up for a serious relationship. Or Oda just doesn't want to focus on such things for SHP.

Even if Sanji is married, I still expect him to continue being a flirt and a simp. If Pudding becomes his wife, her tsundere antics will make sense. That could be their running gag - Sanji giving compliments and having heart eyes about some chick and getting bonk'd by Pudding for such behaviour, followed by making out. Although we'd probably see it in the epilogue if anything.
