Is Bleach Better than Kingdom?

Hara's writing likely stagnated due to Kingdom's long serialization - 800 chapters in and no state conquered yet, man doesn't want to spend another decade writing this.

That isn't to say that Kingdom has become bad perse, I still enjoy it, it's just that the level of expressiveness/creativity that was present earlier isn't there anymore.

At this point it feels like Hara is working his way through a checklist of things that need to happen before he can proceed, there's no room to let battles breathe anymore.

The art-style remains consistent though.
It’s those 147 chapters he spent writing the Gyou campaign that pushed him over the edge.

Hara should’ve used world building as a tool for more than just character introductions. He should’ve used it as an accelerate for the plot.

The fact it took 650 chapters for the Q3 to become generals is also crazy. It has stagnated their units tremendously and is very unsatisfying to read.

Not only Kingdom, every other entertainment midia is hard to discuss here. Looks like folks only gives a fuck on One Piece's agenda clownish show
Discussion for op is dead
People have been doing this for decad but it turned out it doesn't matter since oda is writing shit garbage.
So they turned to meme piece ,only handful of new commers into op want to discuss it.
....
But in kingdom situation , hara writing is also affected and many favorite characters left the the work and most of the fans are fed up with rbk again and again.

As well as hara seems cant make big waves in kingdom like the one oda do from time time .

Like i dropped op in wano but rocks appearance pulled me back .

Yep one critical weakpoint from hara is that he can't make great things like oda that attract fans (rocks)
....

The difference is oda can but he is built as clown 🤡 🤣 while hara he can't.

At this point, even if Hara introduced Kouen (Chu top 1) now, I don't think it will have the same hype that Rocks generated

Hype writing might not work for Kingdom anymore, especially considering how most of the story is built upon real life historical events, and Hara right now is just ticking checklist boxes for them as he goes without much creativity

Good/bad writing is of course subjective, but I think it's delusional if one can't at least admit there hasn't been a clear shift in his writing patterns for the past several arcs. Cause there absolutely is.

You know what, fuck it, call me crazy all you want,

But at this point, I have genuinely been enjoying the current Kingdom Anime more than the latest arcs in the Manga

Yes that's right, this censored mid garbage with barely any animation is somehow still more fun to sit through than Hango or Han or whatever Zhao shit Hara is writing right now...

:ihaha::ihaha::ihaha:

Lol 😆 exactly the anime is more enjoyable now than the manga lol

Wish Kingdom got remade or something
A Vinland Saga like animation would be dope to have
Yep first two seasons or at least the first one has to be remade.

They should gave banaji golden hair.

Very amusing seeing the brudda @Elder Lee Hung fighting against the brainrot reasonings/logic that's invading Kingdom discussions from OP fandom, that stems from pure boredom/ reader fatigue, agenda pushing. Though, my dude also promotes similar brainrot "analysis" of the series / characters when it comes to One Piece writing and characters. Verrryy amusing.

But yea agreed with Lee, nothing wrong with YTW having a secret council. What'll be interesting is how true their words are vs how much they're just cappin. Could be truth to it or internal drama waiting to happen when Goatanwa returns.

Biggest obstacle to Kingdom discourse is widespread disinterest in the historical period it is set.

It's easier talk endlessly in scifi or fantasy terms.

Not so when it comes to ancient Chinese history.
