That would be INSANE dude! Ever since the reveal the OP world is a post apocalypic and used to be WAY more advanced and thus futuristic, I can see this being a possibility especially. Japan loves cyclical stories like this, China too and probably Korea as well? Definitely Japan and China at least. Inherited will/passing the torch etc too (mother flame).
