Yeah it almost feels like they both have similar functions just one is less discreet and not really that cool anymore.

I think what killed it for me was Lucci basically being the leader again, or at least it was implied. Hopefully there is more to that group as we learn more about the government. Maybe there are other masked characters that arent nobodies like Maha, etc.

Is it actually explained why Shanks hasn't healed from his scar after receiving the pact?

Huge difference in mental development and experience,you say? And what makes you think that this is a bad thing,and not something that actually makes a relationship richer? Are we supposed to be only with people with our same ideas and experiences? And i hope you dont think that being in your 20s means you have no capacity to make choices on your own

Assuming it's the case how could Shirahoshi get in touch with Loki maybe there was a direct line of communication between Harald / Neptune and somehow Loki got Harald's snail and Shirahoshi got Neptune's ?
