Oda didn't come out to explain because people misunderstood. He was forced to "explain" because people understood exactly what was written.

If he wanted the readers to think hiyori said specifically "orochi was meant to boil", then he coulda just fucking made her say exactly that. Or even "Kurozumi orochi".

That comment was supposed to be a reference to lolden's "oden was meant to boil" comment anyway. Which doesn't even have family names at all. Just lolden's name.

So by changing that to orochi's family name, oda just wrote it so that hiyori condemns the whole entire kurozumi clan.

There's no justification for that shit.



Also, people call oda a pedo due to a lot of other shit. Like Bonney who is 12, his association and admiration of Watsuki the cp distributor etc etc. S snake is just one instance in a long line of them.

Yes Zoro is stronger but in the way Mihawk is stronger than Shanks
It's reflected in all of their opponents/parallels. 2200 Doriki vs 2180 Doriki, 1.3B vs 1.2B, Ray and Gaban being said to stand shoulder to shoulder with Roger, etc.
Plus most other rivals in One Piece are near equals. Look at Roger and Garp for example.
You can't say I'm not a Zoro fan just because I listen to what Oda's telling us. If anything that makes me more of a Zoro fan

Being the "embodiment of strength" doesn't mean you can't have equals. Kaido was called that too and yet Big Mom, Shiki, Shanks, Mihawk, etc. are all on his level or very slightly above.

The difference is that Oden constantly made the most brain numbing decisions and still got his dick sucked by most of the characters in his story. He gets praise despite never earning it.
