His whole life was absolutely trash, no matter what he was planning on and his intentions, he didn't do anything, except destroying his own country, with a generation of pussies that can't even draw a sword, with the whole country being saved by outsiders like Shanks and Gabban. And in the end he died by the hands of his own men and with currently his kingdom being burned down by the ones he was working for.



The lamiest king I ever saw in any fiction, when I thought that GoT kings were the lamiest ever, this one surpassed all the levels.

Tbh he is lame but it's also close to reality. Too relatable for some real world countries.

To be more precise, it looks like Tiger snatched the bandage off Shanks' eye (which is why it bleeds) while Shanks cuts off his neck collar at the same time

During the incident, we see Shanks(with bandage) aiming for Fisher's neck collar and thus freeing him, with Fisher removing his bandage during the moment, and his eye bleeding(so fresh injury)

And when you add Shamrock's dialog later about it being more wise for Shanks to wait for his injury to heal, it's pretty clear Blackbeard scarred him during that incident

But the question is, what was Blackbeard doing there

No need to overcomplicate the Fisher Tiger thing. FT thought Shanks was a bad guy and attacked him. He might have bled a bit, but Shanks was actually helping him out.

The perma-scar is clearly from BB's claw and it's stated as such.

Only for it to be revealed that he did it just to save some random hostages every week (who would later die anyway under Kaido/Orochi's rule during the 20 years after Oden's death so nothing changed)

Gigabeard was studying the defenses of Mary Geoise before his future raid, determining the weak points.

He doesn't miss an opportunity to claim something, if even knowledge.

Oda basically ripped off Jamie Lannister for Pranks lol. And we know he watched GoT too cause Greg sent him the entire series ~ WCI, and the entire WCI plot became Red Wedding.

I don't know if this means anything but Shanks is dressed pretty much like Shamrock in the present, while this version of Shamrock's suit is lacking the cravat with an unbuttoned, opened-up shirt, feeling more casual like present day Shanks.
