Kind of just doing a thought calculation on this but this series is almost certainly not ending before volume 140 unless something negative happens to it, and thats my conservative estimate.
Elbaf currently is starting into volume 115 in terms of where chapter coverage is (114 will be chapters 1156-1165/1166), of which we are still in flashback territory, not in what would be considered the climax of the arc. Given how Oda's arc structure works, fights and what is considered the arc climax is generally 60-70% the arc chapter count in total. You can work this out for pretty much any arc in the series, from the beginning. Generally there is more chapters related to fighting than plot setup, which the two are separated by some form of flashback, almost always.
With that said, Elbaf is currently at 40 chapters. Assuming the flashback even ends in the next 2-3 chapters, this insinuates Elbaf will last another 40-50 chapters, or perhaps longer. Which basically means this arc is lasting to Volume 119/120.
Now, take into the fact that this doesnt involve whatever number of islands that follow, which conservatively is 2, Lodestar and Laugh Tale. And even there, lets assume that Mariejoa isnt a central location to a big war. Maybe it all happens the end. Lets even say that Lodestar is short or brushed over and the final war starts immediately after Elbaf:
There is no way that final arc or war is shorter than Wano, an arc thats at 15 volumes alone. Even adding that conservatively still puts the series at 135 volumes, longer than most estimates.
Luffy has anywhere from 2-4 major fights left, including this arc. Its just feasibly not going to end as quick as anyone here is even guessing.
Which is why Im guessing 140-150 to be the most accurate placement for this series. 120-130 isnt happening unless something happens to Oda. 130-140 implies the final war happens almost immediately after Elbaf and its shorter than Wano essentially. Neither of these i cant foresee if things move at current pace
