It is true that Kuzan's personality doesnt match that of Sanji's opponents.
He lacks that clownish nature that all others had.
That's why I am open to the idea that someone else takes Kuzan's DF or a similar DF is introduced or reused(Monet's snow).
I focus on fire because it is an essential part of Sanji's combat.
The counters among BBPs need to be effective in order for SHs to be in a lot of trouble.
All of Sanjino's PUs were heat-based so when you neutralize that through cold, Sanjino gets into a lot of trouble.
Vivi is getting set up for her return to SHs, as you said, Alabasta and Morgans are not an option/temporary.
Remember that Imu said - Bring me Vivi. This might tie into the end of Elbaf, Vivi shows up but Imu manages to take her away.
That is a perfect reason for Strawhats to go after Mariejois right after Elbaf, which is what I think will happen.
And then, after they have rescued Vivi and defeated WG, they will face off with Kurohiges to decide the Pirate King.
Regarding the DF, she could get any but Imu implied that Poneglyphs have been spread through the world due to Lily's "mistake".
Only Kuma's DF can achieve such a feat, to send objects to all corners of the world...
So, if Lily had Paw no Mi, it is likely to end up on Vivi as well and it is one of the most powerful DFs in the world which is great to bring Vivi to a needed level of strength because Pizzaro is living island and Kuma's DF would allow Vivi to fight against such but at the same time it would be countered due to sheer size of the island and the inability to send the island flying and so on...

Hey, this is actually a pretty interesting lineup, I hadn't considered some of these.
Sanji vs Lafitte is an unexpected pick but I can see it especially with the Noble Demon vs Evil Angel thing.
Franky vs Burgess seems fitting too. That said I always thought Sanji and Franky would fight Pizarro and Wolf.
What do you think Kuzan will do here?

At first, I was thinking of dual battles. In fact, I believed that Zoro would fight Burgess first and Sanji Shiryu, but I came back to a more simple one since the matchup was probably thought out a long time ago.
The problem I have with the fight based on their role (outside of Chopper maybe) is that it doesn't really hold a lot of potential conflict or interactions. Usually fight are based more on personnalities (which is why it works for Chopper and Usopp)

I think Kuzan will switch sides. But - and that would be even more interesting - Kuzan could be a way to depict Blackbeard's power in full display. If Kuzan, for one reason or another, start to bail out, this could push Blackbeard to kill/destroy him, possibily very rapidely. This would showcase the instant threat that is the character.
I can see them all happening aside from Robin vs Avalo Pizzaro
She simply doesn't have the arsenal to handle an island level threat that took an island splitter punch from Garp. While Oda can always give the character a power-up, he'd need to radically change her fighting style for her to get the destructive capacity required to deal with Pizzaro.

Isn't it what he already hinted at with the fishmen karate technique? Robin can already become a giant, but imagine now if she could triple in size and had Haki to her technique. She would be completely destructive and in a way, the two devil fruit have a lot in common:
