Itas are great for really big mashes but I don't know if that would be good here.

2 different vigshots landing on cals role and 2 KP on 3p York was overall a big problem.

Some KP or lynches have to be used on slots that are not active enough.
You can't be heroes all the time. Sometimes you have to do the dirty work.

What even are those ITas?

When a Beloved Princess is claimed you lynch them. It‘s a shit role, but that’s how it goes. It‘s even recommended to get that out asap.

Another alternative is bringing back dead player subs. Or straight up modkilling if a player is no posting for over 24h.

no i don't think it's a problem u can solve with disincentivizing inactivity or incentivizing activity it's just impossible imho if anything i think u will increase the gap between the actives and inactives even more....making smaller games with new/different mechanics while still being able to keep the SRM / RM flavour so people can enjoy their big role and shoot their actions is the way and then find a way to attract in new players and eventually go back to the old formats

If the princess lives D1 I likely try and get my team to not even kill them right away.

That double night can be so much stronger for us if it happens a little bit later.
And people might get paranoid about him for being alive (and he speaks early watch and protection)

Why are you trying to punish town. You already had limited catching roles, the tracker was hostile to town, and a cop that might as well have been vanilla. Quit making games easy for scum imo. But I'm probably in the minority

Targeting 2 scumreads and knowing one of them is town or non town is strong.
You should not use it on ppl who are very likely to be town anyway.
