You are looking at those statements in isolation, which would make them insensitive at best. What matters is the context of which they are spoken, and the person saying it.

RyoQ is a self admitted far rightist, which means he likes cracking down on groups deemed inferior. He thinks not being against immigration makes you moderate at best, tolerating LGBTQ's existence makes you a centrist a best, advocates for gays to lose their rights to marriage and thinks they are defective and evil, celebrates groups of people getting removed from the country and curses Trump for not doing enough, anf thinks all immigration should be banned. Now he is saying black people are arrogant for not wanting their history to be faded out.

The problem is that RyoQ make a very broad statement about an entire race because of the opinion of a single user. I'm sure there are Black people out there that don't really give a fuck about any holidays, history, and so on. It sounded like an unnecessary insult towards Black people, to be honest.

I agree. We had racist policies derived from scientific racism, but we never had anything as hardcore as the British. Racial mixing has always been normal in Brazil. I think we have something that other nations don't: romantic freedom.
Families here don't usually complain about the religious, cultural, or ethnic backgrounds of people their kids date or marry.
