General & Others How Old Were You When You Started Reading One Piece?

Started watching on 4Kids around 8, then when I was around... 12? I started reading it in copies of Shonen Jump I checked out of the school library. A bit before the western release jumped all the way to Impel Down

In school, probably younger than 12/13 but I wasn't really fully invested in OP until Naruto's ending.

Woah you just unlocked a core memory for me. My first exposure was not Grand Battle but rather. Grand Adventure on the PS2. Had no idea what the series was about , I just played a bunch of anime games back then. I must’ve been 10 or 11. Little did I know I would start reading the series 8 years later.

I watched four kids dub when it first came out and dropped it thinking one piece was stupid. Didn't touch it again until marineford chapters were coming out weekly.
