Future Events It's possible that we will soon find out which island the Straw Hat crew will visit next after Elbaf

Im pretty sure Gaban will give the strawhats an ultimatum before he gives them the last poneglyph - thr remaining strawhats barring the monster trio will have to stay back in Elbaph. Gaban will say that to face what comes next the crew is not good enough.
Then we'll get an arc where Luffy, Zoro and Sanji go on a rescue mission to save Shirahoshi who's been captured by Blackbeard, with Loki tagging along as an honorary member of the strawhats. Loki will see how despicable Blackbeard is and will then side with Luffy in the final war.
Main fights will be:-
Luffy vs Blackbeard (Blackbeard escapes)
Loki vs Aokiji (+ remaining Blackbeard Commanders - barring Shiryu and Pizarro)
Zoro vs Shiryu
Sanji vs Pizarro
This arc will accomplish the rescue of Pudding, Shirahoshi and Garp.

I have two points that contradict this:
1. Scopper Gaban is clearly not the man with the burn scar. He is not traveling by ship at the time the Straw Hat crew meets him, and it should be obvious that if a character is introduced as sailing on a ship that creates whirlpools, it’s meant for the Straw Hats to encounter that ship on their journey at sea. Otherwise, it wouldn’t make any sense.
2. It’s impossible for the Straw Hat crew to go to Hachinosu. They will fight the Blackbeard Pirates sooner or later, but not on Hachinosu.
When it comes to new islands in the main storyline, the structure always follows the same pattern: for the Straw Hat crew to visit a new island, its environment must be unknown and kept in the shadows before their arrival, allowing for an exploration phase where each location is discovered one by one. Otherwise, if everything has already been shown, there’s nothing left to tell.
And we’ve already seen everything Hachinosu has to offer: the city center, the inside of the main skull-shaped building, and the prisons beneath the skull. There are no new locations left to show.
On top of that, there has already been the fight between Garp and Aokiji and Blackbeard Pirates on Hachinosu. The location’s combat potential has therefore already been used up.

Vira is an option, but we currently have too little information about it.
Yukiryu Island is also a possibility.

Yes, that's what has been told to us.
But the fact that Dressrosa has also been destroyed and is still kicking, and the fact that there are more potential survivors let's me think that this is a red-herring. We need an Enel flashback and we need to tie Urouge into the story.
If Birka isn't the next sky island, then np, the point stands that we could visit the sky again and maybe have a moon section, but I personally would find Birka cool, so much stuff Oda could do with it.
From Moon technology to origin lore drops about the skyfolk and the ancient kingdom.
All stuff we haven't been getting so far in the final saga and it's missing imho.

Im going to assume no. We had no idea Egghead was next for years before Wano ended, but we could make guesses to Vegapunk/Kuma/Bonney/Kizaru/ Sentoumaru-centric stuff would be next given how much VP was referenced in WCI and Wano, plus Elbaf just being the only other obvious island aside from Lodestar and Laugh Tale. Elbaf was made known because it was tied to Egghead narratively, for the same reason we knew about Zou and Wano for years.
Right now you can sort of do the same thing with a few characters that need narrative closure/addressing:
- Urouge
- The Strawhat Fleet need to take part in whatever incident they were hyped to be part of. I dont think this is "just" the final war, it doesnt sound like it to me based on narration.
- Burned Scar Man/4th RP
There are more, but these are the most obvious ones. Imo, somehow I have a feeling these characters will be tied together, at least in an arc. No idea how or why, but thats what I think is coming next. Could be an island between Elbaf and Lodestar or just Lodestar. We'll see
Edit: Either way, I expect only 2-3 islands left at most. Lodestar/Laugh Tale or one immediately preceding them, thats it.
