Its just Loki. Ragnir seems to protect the DF assuming this spoiler is accurate. Which means if someone had swapped it then Ragnir probably would have went after them and not just stayed near the chest when Loki found it.

Usopp will always be the weakest SH by design, but he can punch up his weight class with the right tools and circumstance. I doubt he can beat Yasopp in a clean fight tbh, but let’s see.

Yes, missing flashbacks of Dragon, Teach, Imu, Joyboy, Mihawk, Akainu, another one of Shanks, and some new characters. Certainly, we're waiting for at least 10 more long flashbacks.

The problem is that all of this will take another 100 chapters, equivalent to almost 3 years of publication. At this pace, it will take more than 10 years for One Piece to end.

I've got a compromise.
He doesn't get Ragnir or a fruit but makes a shot that *seems* to miss Augur, but laps back around at the last minute and hits him in the back. Making it a literal world class shot as it went around the world and came back
