Funnily enough predicting Luffy’s path to the pinnacle is much much harder after Wano (which makes him more interesting to discuss now tbh)

Like what powerups could Oda really give him at this point

We know he’ll get more (obviously) he’s a long way off from being Joyboy’s equal let alone surpassing him but like… how?

I guess improving the advanced haki he already has is a step but that’s not really the sort of “powerup” we typically get

Like would Oda really mid fight come out and say “oh my Future Sight is 10 seconds long now” and frame that as a major powerup? I’m not so sure

There's obviously something about CoC that we don't know about yet

According to my records, theres only Red Boy left, in the list of enemies that the Monkey King have to fight. Saturn is out. Kizaru got bullied. And no way Luffy is fighting Dragon.

Can anyone guess who could be it?

I mean think about it. The giants despised her and Harald eventually became a devoted blade that hunted pirates.

Why didn’t Harald ever try to avenge Jorul by taking out BM? We know Goldberg’s dad even partook in such a mission.

Tomato, tomato.. They are not in verse only Oda creation like the Sun God and as the other true Gods will be.. They won't be a reference from our world, completely new lore that's the point.. Ashura is irrelevant, Zoro will become the Blade God..

All those are fake gods. Only Demon God is the true god.
That's why it got a special treatment - given to the strongest character in the universe.
Asura is not a completely new lore, that's the point.

Loki's fruit can be based on Surtr even if it isnt named Surtr.
Just like Luffy is Monkey King and called Sun God instead.
All of them have references to real world lore. Oda aint that good to invent so many new things.

For those curious, Harald is the same age as Dorry and Brogy, and would have been 160 if he was still alive.

When he died, he was 48, in human years.
