News MAJOR news on One Piece story future from Oda from Jump Festa 2026

Imo Lodestar IS that site of confrontation. It might be redundant in finding Road Poneglyphs but its symbolism in being the last island normal people can reach makes sense to me that the Burned Scar Man and 4th RP might be found and fought over here by everyone.

The only "real" question is if Teach's group actually makes it to Laugh Tale along with Luffy after this, and if Oda wants to have their fight there or not.

Ultimately though he cant write around the RP war he's already set up since post Wano, and that HAS to come before LT.
I completely agree that the storyline around the Road Poneglyph battles needs to continue, especially since Teach mentioned he’s searching for the man with the flame mark. But from a storytelling perspective, the characters need to fully understand the stakes before the final fights. In One Piece, the only way for the Straw Hats and Luffy to grasp the stakes is for a more knowledgeable character to explain everything to them in a calm setting. This has to happen before the final confrontations for the One Piece.

Before meeting the man with the flame scar, I can easily see a scene similar to Jaya : where Blackbeard’s crew tries to catch Luffy’s crew, but the Knock Up Stream begins, and they escape.

There will be a chase toward the man with the flame mark between Blackbeard’s crew and the Straw Hat crew, and in the end, Blackbeard’s crew will be left behind by the whirlpools created by the Black Ship.

I'd love for this callback to happen.
So, for the four RPs to be needed, Laugh Tale has to hide in a place hard to perceive naturally. This can go both ways, either:
1. as a sky island;
2. or at the bottom of the sea (maybe inside a whale).
Option 1 would make it a rethread of Skypeia, though it could make LT more "unique" if it's entirely separated from the rest of the planet.
While Option 2 would give the Man With the Burn Mark's power extra importance: the whirlpool can be the road to LT, like riding the Knock Up Stream, only downward.

Nah he will always be a filler especially because of movie.... He will only appear in non plot related story........

It's Vista
it' kinda obvious who it is. Just remember the Road Poneglyph was at fishman island during Rogers time and is now probably with someone in the WG. There is only one person who has a connecting with both and makes sense.

The Celestial Island would be consistent with Urouge's return, but it could also be a concept of an island never seen before in the manga. We recently saw rainbow arcs that serve as tangible routes to Elbaf, so it's possible that Loadstar is the concept of a never before island.

The old theories about Emerald City could make a comeback.
After all, Oda hasn't forgotten the Davy Back Fight and Davy Jones.

Oda's false hype started
But the only strange thing for me is that Pizarro ate the island fruit, can he move the island?
So whoever fights Teach has to go to Teach's island and I think Luffy is the most likely option to save Garp right now
Pizarro's power is a bit ambiguous for me
And I still believe that an alliance could be formed between CG and Teach
Shanks will also be killed by Imu I still prefer Shanks to suddenly change his course and fight Imo with Dragon so that Luffy becomes pk

How is he suppoused to move whole ass Island ?isnt his power to let Body Parts grow on some places

Cant see why he cant abandon Hachinosu and take over anothe island. I doubt we go to Hachinosu because Oda doesnt show off islands before we get to them, which Hachinosu has had lots of exposure already.

Actually I forgot what his fruit power is
However, he needs something like the skull on the island to use his fruit and Oda will have trouble showing Pizarro's ability in other places, which is why I think Teach's final fight is on his own island

Or Pizarro stays back and protects pirate island like wang Zhi did in the past?

I don't know, his power is intangible and incomprehensible to me. When he takes over the skeleton, it makes sense to me because I have an idea of his power.
And I don't think Teach would want to carry Garp's body with him to other areas. I think the rescue of Garp and poding and the defeat of Teach would happen simultaneously and on this island.
Otherwise, Lodestar is probably the only option

According to the explaination he can merge with Parts or the whole island

There is a huge difference between the goals of Teach and Rocks' crew.
If Teach moves forward, he will have to compete with the other 3 Yonkos, and protecting that island is no longer important, and it makes no sense for him to not be ready to fight the other Yonkos with all his commanders because if he loses, everything is over, while Rocks' crew was pursuing their goals.

Pizarro takes over Laugh Tale and turns the dream island itself against the SHs.

Teach told us directly his commanders are all out for their own goals too. Pizarro has no reason to leave
