So, the overall answer to defeat those immortal fellas is just spam your conquerors until they can't get up anymore, and for guys like Gorosei, which have CoC also, ur conquerors must be stronger than theirs, which explains why Imu easily recovered himself after being attacked by Rocks, Garp and Roger, as his conquerors is just much above anyone else in the world.

This is really going into a mixture of Fairy Tail and DBZ, ironically, but instead of power of friendship, now it's how strong is your Conqueror's will, which is just power up directly out of your ass, without any explanation, same pattern as power of friendship.

As I said only god tiers like joyboy and Imu will have next level of haki.

The idea that Mihawk or Shanks wouldn't be stronger than they were back then is dumb. Loki would have a decent argument for that, though, given his slow aging and limited experience on the sea
