My only issue with Usopp getting Ragnir is that I don’t really know what Loki would replace it with
Would Loki be a hand to hand fighter from now on? Doesn’t feel like Oda would take something away from Loki without giving him something else in return
Then again there was emphasis placed on Harald wielding a “legendary sword” and it’s practically guaranteed that someone’s gonna use it at some point (maybe when Jarul actually dies?)
So maybe he gets that instead while Usopp gets Ragnir
I have Loki joining Teach over Xebec ties, then eventually having a falling out and joining the Straw Hats.
Oda's said Usopp will be the weakest Straw Hat, and Loki is objectively overpowered when he's wielding Ragnir.
Ragnir running off to help Usopp and leaving to nerf Loki allows Usopp to fight top tiers and Loki to get nerfed in fights to make them more interesting.
If Rangir likes Shanks, and Shanks fought Loki outside the Redline to keep Loki from attacking Marijoa like I believe, Ragnir could legit be the reason Loki lost to Shanks.
I believe Usopp could only use Ragnir WHILE in Giant form from Bonney's powers, so, Usopp would need a lot to use it.
Loki getting Harald's sword is interesting. Could see Hajrudin getting it, too. We've seen Loki with a Kanabo, and then Hammers. He seems to like blunt weapons. I believe we've seen Hajrudin with a sword, before, as well.
Ragnir just going to Usopp, and Loki getting a more normal weapon, could also nerf Loki enough to let him join the crew, later.
Also, there's a small possibility Sogeking WAS a real person, and that Ragnir actually knew them, and will treat Usopp as Sogeking.
...
There's no way this is Sogeking's freaking Hammer, right???
