Based on the spoilers Gabum looks like a non factor. Dodger is trash, but he wouldn't look this bad. Those that believed in the retarded line that Wings ~ Roger are brain dead. Gabum is closer to the mid diff than extreme.

The problem is Shanks with Gaban not doing shit to Harald just to supposedly beat Loki a few years later while missing an arm

Also Oda went out of his way to confirm Shanks already mastered aCOC by this point (he could use kamusari at 15, 10 years before this event) so it's not like he has any big power-up in store.
His haki naturally grew stronger from sailing the seas I guess, but shouldn't the same applies to Loki too? He's younger than Shanks when converted in human age
