Rox’ Haki making up for the difference in strength explains why he didn’t win the clash.

Garps a prime example. His physical training (battleship bags/mountains) is literally nothing compared to the power of these ancient giants. Remember Loki casually shook the entire Adam tree which dwarfs mountains on Elbaf.

There’s realms of physical power that human like characters such as Rox and Garp can’t hit. And that realm is the level of the ancient giants which allowed them to pull entire continents.

No. I’m assuming you’re talking about when noland was trapped in the fissure. Noland was able to budge a part of the island that had him trapped, but the movement couldn’t be felt anywhere else on the island so it was just localized to the forest where Noland was stuck

just bcs average giant is stronger than average human doesnt meant harald is way more physical stronger than rocks
zoro can lift 4+ tons with 2 fingers pre ts
rocks matched harald without getting overpowered and don t talk about haki bcs they were even with that

Harald is the strength of an ancient giant, continent pullers. No human has that level of strength. This is the level of physical strength you need to show Rox is capable of but there’s no proof of such.
