Roger and Whitebeard are friends is the first reason

and the second reason is that they stopped fighting and started exchanging gifts

In case you didn’t notice, the above two things don’t happen in serious fights

Goda logic suggest a character (WB) having busted DF power and same level of haki as his opponent (roger) is equal to said opponent.

If shanks beats loki it means a character with only acoc beat another character with ancient giant dura + raw power , acoc and 2 mythical DF. Does it makes sense? No. But it simply is the case
