It's clear Harald was massively boosted in strength by the HK pact. But this is still incomparable to DR. DR is the biggest boost out of them all.

With DR, Harald would be much bigger in size.

I don't see why DR would be a bigger amp than HK amp. HK harald >= DR Xebec.

No he is not I already have said multiple times that Oda is clearly not going that route.

loki has to be the hero of elbaf this arc aswell as luffy,Oda clearly has big plans for lokis devil fruit which wouldn’t make sense if he gets domi reversied and we don’t see it.Loki getting domi reversied also closes any window of the poeple of elbaf finnaly accepting and recognizing loki,loki fights along side luffy against imu it’s the only possible way i see elbaf concluding rocks was hyping this fruit up too much for it not to be some type of imu counter or a fruit that is on par enough with gear 5 to fight imu.People will see loki and “nika” fighting off the literal devil and saving elbaf loki Finnaly getting the love he deserves from elbaf and hajrudin.

And also why would imu Domi reversing fodder giants be stronger than the contract he gives specific 13 people. Domi reversi is Imus army while the holy knights are his Military front that leads that army.

Because it literally changes you physically. Makes you bigger/stronger.
