Last chapter it was, Shanks and Gaban " Struggling" against Harald. Reality being they sliced off his leg and started to exhaust him while no sort of fatigue visible.

Yes and compleltely ignoring all the details surrounding it. In addition to the fact that Oda writes conveniently for hype factor a shit ton of the time and isn't consitent with power scaling.
Just out of curiosity how do you see Loki's role in the story going forward, I mean this is a character that is already god-tier and still growing as he himself stated that he's just finally properly understood how to use his abilities. You reckon he's going to be the same calibre of character as Nika and Davy Jones when all tings are said and done? Also how does this impact your pereception of Blackbeard and atangonists strength going forward or is Teach gonna have to beat Elbaf Loki (not even Prime Loki lol) or Imu to be comparable to them? What does Teach have to do to be viewed as a bigger threat than Loki combat wise?

It’s also possible that what Loki did to Harald is related to what Imu said about Elbaph being connected to the D. You know “The Enemy of the Gods”

He was on par (at least) with Amped Harald, who is >= Amped Xebec and Amped Xebec reuqired Garp and Roger in 2vs1 (at 40 YO). Not to mention base Xebec was hyped to be > prime WB, and even BM put prime WB above anyone else.

He has the qualifications.
Not to mention his completely crazy genetic, super mythical fruit (almost as hyped as Nika), his mythical weapon, etc.

Well if anything, he is Yonko level but that does not immediately mean he is stronger or can beat BM or Kaido or even BB. We have yet to see a full fight and his Mythical Zoan. We also have to see how his fight with Shanks went and if he did any considerable damage to him.

Harald CoC being problem is fine but it was not the same issues as DR rocks .
Where it was fully explain why they could not hurt DR rocks .
You think Gaban had stronger ACoC and CoA than roger and garp who was fighting DR rocks ?
Gaban was able to do damage to slow harald down for a while and the same as shanks and fodder was doing damage also .
While roger and garp could not do anything to DR rocks .
They way how fight was done were very differnt hell Harald did not even use haki in his fight where DR rocks was using it for everything .

I should mention i also find it stupid that harald use no haki during his fight which why i disliking how Oda uses haki .

I think Harald was simply surprised. In a 1vs1 (or a 2vs1) it wouldn't have happened.

And I mean, if they could chop up Harald again and again, they would have; they would have stopped him, at least until Loki came. But they couldn't and everyone was slaughtered.

As for the haki, it's simply Oda not showing it. Nothing new unfortunately. Remember this?

First it was loki who literally cut connection between imu and harald. Second it's worse. Imu isn't even present in elbaph and still is shooked from loki's attack. Meanwhile even a direct hit from all 6 top pirates didn't shook him.

Imu was shooked from joyboy haki and that was not even a attack.
It just untransformed the elders and send them home.
It simple it seem that easier to hurt \shock etc etc Imu doing stuff to people he give his power to than Imu him self .
Which is who hold the attack on GV .
