To me the funniest thing about this "Shanks cheated" narrative, is that Shanks literally became a Yonko at that same exact time Loki was defeated.
Just like BB defeating Marco, this was clearly the thing that gave him the Yonko title.

He not get reaction at first when he was in his room but he went after him to kill rocks and his clan .
Plus he sure get a reaction out of him while he was talking to rocks .
