I think that Oda might have Big Mom soon fight all of the SHs together in order to serve as the SHs “warm up” fights and to show the crew all working together for the first time in a while. I expect that during the fight, Nami will steal Zeus back, either Nami or Sanji will steal Prometheus, and maybe Brook will steal Napoleon. At the end of the fight, Luffy will finish it off by using a powerful G4 and Ryou attack to her head, similar to how Luffy beat Oars with a powerful G3 attack to the head. However, this won’t defeat her in a conventional way. Instead, it will revert her back to O-Lin, thus making her peaceful

Yeah Zeus would die as well, also we don't even know if Big Mom will actually die as there is still a possible chance that she could get redeemed.

BM is not keeping Zeus alive if she does.
only possible way for Nami to keep Zeus is if BM gives him to her as a gift. if Zeus is taken away by force then BM will just return her soul.
this can only happen if BM becomes an ally.
sure, Oda can come up with other reasons why Nami can keep him, but that will be very unsatisfying.

Its going to happen the way half this website hates lol. If the 9 strawhats potentially handle her (perhaps after their own major fights) Oars style, the WORST I can see happening to her is the memory loss again. Other than this, I don't see anyone actually taking her out. Plus, it does seem like Nami actually will get Zeus in the end (I'll laugh if she also gets Prometheus and Nepoleon in different forms)
Nami taking Zeus was ridiculous enough, I do not see Prometheus or Napoleon being taken either which would be even more terrible and ridiculous.
And the only way I could see Nami keeping Zeus is if he isn't killed and if BM somehow reverts back to her nicer self and becomes an ally since BM can take back the fragment of her soul inside him and that if she dies Zeus will die too, and even I would largely prefer to see him return to BM alongside the other Special Homies.

Oof... Imagine Nami owning Zeus/Prometheus and Brook owning Napoleon (I think Napoleon might be one of the 12 great swords). If Napoleon gets stolen, I cannot see it being owned by Zoro since Napoleon’s design does not fit his fighting style, hence Brook gets it. These would put Nami and Brook around veteran level characters, if not slightly above. The thing is, even if Big Mom dies, Brook might find a way to keep souls stored inside homies due to his DF.
