I agree that an hypothetical Luffy with perma G5 would be on Prime Roger/WB level. In G5 he Is at that level, yeah.

However, the duration seems to be the problem.

Yes the duration is what Oda does to limit him or he hardly have any issues mostly .
In some way he above prime roger and WB like toughness for eg than to his DF.
He also look like he could do way more AoE damage than roger ever could do thanks to his DF .

You see guys, Oda showed Harald and Xebec going even multiple times with neither getting a clear upper hand throughout their entire lives but in reality Xebec is much stronger because I feel like he is.

Also, Imu gave out his strongest contract, domi reversi, to literal fodder and not his strongest slave Harald because I just kinda think he did.

And also, while Loki actually did kill Harald it was only after Harald let him. Loki didn’t overpower Harald or anything to restore his self control it just kind of happened because.

And Harald never overpowered Gaban and Shanks, in fact, Gaban rapidly got 10000x weaker right after retiring and this Shanks is 3x weaker than the one that fought Mihawk in front of Whitebeard a couple months ago because that’s kind of just what the vibes are telling me.

Loki is literally (currently) the post timeskip anti-version of Hancock. Amazon Lily was the pre-TS Elbaph, and Loki is the misunderstood monarch that the ignorant masses misjudge because they are stupid just like Hancock was.

Hancock finished the pre-timeskip far stronger than Luffy, there is no reason to assume Loki won’t as well.

And besides, Oda gave Luffy plenty of allies far stronger than him like Rayleigh and Whitebeard, you just ignore them because they expose your stupidity. Lol

In fact, Jinbe is your only argument, as Jinbe is the only reasonable comparison who wasn't clearly weaker than Luffy by the end of the arc. But they were still comparable, and again, if you think end of Elbaf Luffy will be Joyboy level then more power to you buddy lool.

Did you read the part of my post where i said that was not the case from amazon lily to marieford ?
He was made to be the under dog for those 3 arcs on purpose to surprise other characters .
After luffy save sanji at WCI who was stronger than him on his side when the arc end .
After luffy safe wano who was stronger than him after the arc end with his allies .
In EL who was stronger than luffy after they save robin with who help him fight.
In DR who was stronger than him who help him fight at most you can say is sabo but he did not beat any of don men .
Egghead he also leave strongest compare to all his allies .
Imu won't get beat here so he still be strongest after the arc end but Luffy will be stronger than loki.
Hell half of loki shit won't work on luffy , the strongest weapon in series useless vs luffy on it own .
