Loki with a horde of powerful Giants from the Void Century is going to be so much fun to watch, I can't fucking wait.
Even Gyaban being shocked a God's Knight could be killed like that means that Loki + Ragnir + Elbaph DF is a new world of power. You can argue Base Loki's feats are about Gear 4, since Base Loki was able to defeat Ragnir when Harald, Rock's equal, couldn't.
Loki with Ragnir and this Fruit is legit stronger than Roger, and not in a "Roger is weak" sense, but in a, "Loki is already above Harald and Rocks without Ragnir and his Fruit, holy shit he's a monster with them" level.
I actually think Loki's Fruit might exist to nerf him, in a way.
Loki's been tied to Nika, and Gear 5 is a VERY powerful ability, that also drains Luffy's stamina heavily, till he can't move. Loki's Fruit might also be so busted, that using its full power drains Loki heavily.
I'm thinkin Ragnir also has to have some serious weakness, because Loki with his full arsenal is a one man army.
There's also this from Gerd:
Gerd's a legit doctor who knows Loki, if this isn't a throwaway comment, and Loki will actually take months to heal, this injury from Shamrock will probably also serve as a long-term nerf to Loki.
Point being, this guy is so strong Oda's going to have to get creative limiting him in fights. At full power he's just manhandling most of the verse.

Who told you being a fan of a character means you have to suck their cock 24/7? You may do that, and that's cool for you, but I'm not biased here lol. Harald said nobody could make Ragnir respect them and submit to them for centuries, including himself, and that he could only do so with his current strength granted to him by Imu. That means Ragnir > base Harald, and base Harald > Kaido, so Ragnir > Kaido.

If Oda retcons all this, I have no problem (It would be bad for the coherence of the manga, but no personal problem).
But on paper and based on feat:
- Ragnir stated to be a challenge (at the very least) even for base Harald;
- Loki (a 17 YO Loki) beat black and blue HK Harald, when DR Xebec needed both Roger and Garp.
And I could on, with Loki doing what Kaido did but as a toddler, with him having a fruit as hyped as Nika and so on.
All those feats and statements set the stage for someone ON PAPER much stronger than the general top tier. Stronger than even Xebec or Roger, because at least on par with HK Harald.
If tomorrow Oda retcons this, I can do nothing. But until he does, those are his feats.
