Funnily enough, this is actually accurate since if she was dressed akin to Franky with a bra, she would actually look less ridiculous. She has an incredibly awkward design where she either needs more clothes (trousers) or less clothes (ditch the clumsy jacket) in order to be aesthetically pleasing.
