And even against Summers it will likely be 2 vs 1 (together with Gaban). But it makes me wonder how much Gaban will actually do physically or if he will just stand on the side lines like a boxing coach shouting out instructions to Sanji until he figures out what to do and symbolically equals/surpasses prime Gabans feats against Summers.
Zoros AP, technique, determination and so on is up there.
His durability (normal human body) isn't.
Having WB, Kaido and Big Mom as the first 3 yonko showcased (all with super human durability, especially last two) has given at least me the impression that some 200M pirate shouldn't be able to scratch your skin if you are a yonko.
Kaido or Big Mom could tank hundreds of attacks from 200m pirates without a scratch but that is one area Zoro needs to work on in order to become a real yonko level fighter. Perhaps like Xebec did with his force field. Mihawk and Shanks are also almost unscratched, I suppose they might be doing it the same way as Xebec.

Yeah this is not the part where we retcon GV Garling into being anywhere near top-tier in response to Zoro's feat lool.
GV Garling was ass, he'd be lucky to be YC1 — GV Garling vs Regular Dorry would be a decent matchup, let alone vs DR Dorry. DR Dorry and Brogy vs GV Garling is a shitstomp outside of regen. Comparing GV Garling to Shamrock is insane.
Zoro doing well against a much stronger crowd would be a fantastic feat, if that's what happened (panels pending). We need to see how this battle pans out.

Gaban is 80+, has been retired for 25 years and has lived on Elbaph which might have affected/aged his body even more.
Anyone here would tell you I'm not a Sanji wanker by any means but like most shonen the new gen will surpass the old gen (sooner or later).
So even if Sanji two days ago IRL would seem to be miles away from Gaban at this moment with Gaban being old, rusty, physically injured and mentally impaired (scared to lose his son) the distance should be a lot closer.
And also we've seen it time and again with WB testing Luffy, Don Chinjao with Sai, Gaban with Shanks, Hyogoro with Luffy and so on that the old gen wants to pass on the baton to the next gen if they are ready to step up.
