Bois, where are we scaling DR Dorry/Brogy? 
If they are worth 1.8bil without DR buff, it implies they are in the YC1 ballpark.
Where are they with DR buff?
Size-wise they have probably grown bigger than even Ancient Giant Loki.
However, Loki has a DF that further enables him to grow even bigger in Hybrid and even bigger in Zoan form.
They do not have the power of handful of strongest but they do have the regen ability from Domi Reversi.
Is it fair to say they are equal to base Loki who isnt using aCoC? Are they top tier in the same ballpark as the Admirals?

With the buff they're at least old legend level if not slightly above
Retcon? You got it completely twisted. Garling was a top tier in everyones eyes, only when he got bodied by Xebec (the feat we are discussing), is when the first claims of him not being a top tier came out.
Let me reword it, Xebec's feat was so impressive that we as a community agreed that Garling couldn't be a top tier 😂

We have no idea how strong Shamrock is...but he is perceived as a top tier same as Garling used to be, so if Zoro defeated what we perceived as a top tier along with immortal backup, yes the feat would be gassed to the moon, even if Shamrock would have to be moved down a tier.
Beating on some no name fodder DRs is not even remotely impressive, and it wouldn't be impressive if Xebec did it either. It was because he basically did it with one hand taking on Garling (the biggest name in the entire faction) while also protecting his family.

Yes, which is when he was revealed to be a fraud, a notion believed by 99% of the OP fandom lmao, you can't have it both ways — you can't hype Xebec for beating Garling and revealing GV Garling to be a bum, and in the same vein hype Xebec for beating GV Garling, as if GV Garling has any remotely impressive feat or even the slightest lick of ACoC.
