With their death, @Jan becomes the Fifth Mizukage, but there is currently no eligible ninja to take the position of the Fifth Tsuchikage.

As Will of Water is passed on, the Fifth Mizukage inherits the Kubikiribocho from the Fourth.

(Passive) [Innate - Jinchuriki] - The Bijuu: 8-Tailed Ancient Snake is sealed inside of you. This makes you a primary target for the Akatsuki wanting to extract it for their goals. If the Bijuu is successfully extracted from your body, you will die.
--- (Night) [Ninjutsu - Ninja Art: Snake Skin Peel Substitution Jutsu] - If you suspect that the Akatsuki will attempt to seal you tonight, you can activate this ability to fake your own death, giving the Akatsuki a fake body of yours created by sacrificing 4 of your Bijuu's tails. This will keep you alive given that only half of the Bijuu was extracted from your body, but since your Bijuu is so strong, capturing only half the number of tails will still suffice for the Akatsuki's goals. This ability will have no effect if you activate it in nights where the Akatsuki does not initiate an attempt to seal you. [2-shots; 1-cycle cooldown. Requires Jonin Rank or higher]

(Day) [Taijutsu - DNA Collection] - As a member of Iwagakaure's Archaeology and Research Division, during the day you can target 1 dead player to grave rob and collect a DNA sample from. You will not obtain an ability from the target, just a DNA sample.

(Night) [Ninjutsu - Ninja Art: Snake Poison Fog] - You make great use of your Bijuu's poison prowess. At night you can poison 1 player. They will die in 2 nights unless healed. [1-shot; Requires Jonin Rank or higher]
--- [Medical Ninjutsu: Snake Poison Extraction] - Using your Bijuu's reverse chakra suction, you can heal 1 player from poisons, and if you do, the suction adds an extra shot of Snake Poison Fog for you. [1-shot]

(Night) [Kinjutsu - Forbidden Reanimation Technique: Impure World Reincarnation - Edo Tensei] - Revive all players that you have previously sampled DNA from as Edo Tensei tree stumps. They cannot use actions and cannot be permanently killed or lynched even after you die. Every time an Edo Tensei tree stump dies, it will come back at the start of the following cycle. The only way to get rid of them is by you manually undoing the jutsu, or if they get sealed. [1-shot; Requires Kage Rank]
--- (Night) [Kinjutsu - Control Talisman] - Implant your control talisman on a summoned Edo Tensei tree stump. This grants it the ability to perform actions using its past role (at the state of death). [2-shots; Requires Kage Rank]

(Passive) [Innate - Kage] - As your village's leader, you represent your nation in the Kage Summits that occurs every night.
--- [Innate - The Blade of Kirigakure] - Renowned as the Blade of Kirigakure, you are the first Mizukage to adopt Kenjutsu style and join the Swordsmen of the Mist out of pure love for swordsmanship. You truly detest that the now retired Third Mizukage has sent the legendary blade: Kubikiribocho to the Fifth Samurai Taisho in order to gain his favor and establish an illegal international relation with the Land of Iron's Samurai. Kubikiribocho is now passed down from a Samurai Taisho onto another, presently owned by the Seventh Samurai Taisho.
--- [Innate - Will of Water] - Should the Seventh Samurai Taisho die, you will swoop in to obtain back what is truly Kirigakure's treasure and pride, gaining access to Kubikiribocho's remaining shots. If you die while in possession of it, the succeeding Mizukage will take the blade, and so on.

(Night) [Ninjutsu - Water Style: Water Pillar] - Protect 1 player from having their abilities roleblocked, crushed, and/or burned/destroyed this night. [3-shots]

(Night) [Kenjutsu - Kokuto: Hazy Moon Light] - As one of the Legendary Swordsmen of the Mist, you have access to Kokuto, a special dark hidden blade extracted from your Kage hat. Using this blade once per night you can wound 1 player. Once this ability surprises and wounds a player, it will no longer work on that player again since the blade is now revealed to them.

(Day) [Ninjutsu - Hidden Mist Technique: Obscure Blade] - Activate this ability during the day to re-hide your blade from all opponents that has already seen it. This will allow Hazy Moon Light to work on them again. [1-shot]

(Night) [Kekkei Genkai - Lava Release: Melting Apparition] - You have access to a dangerous zoning Kekkei Genkai that can harm allies and foes alike. Turn the floor in front of 1 player into molten Lava. If a player visits your target with a Healing or Taijutsu action, or if your target visits a player with Healing or Taijutsu action, your Lava will cancel all of these visits tonight and burn the visiting abilities for the duration of the following cycle. [2-shots; 1-cycle cooldown]

(Night) [Kekkei Genkai - Boil Release: Corrosive Mist] - Fumigate 1 player with corrosive vapors that will crush all of their non-innate passives for the duration of this night and the following cycle. [3-shots]

(Night) [Kenjutsu - Kubikiribocho] - You've obtained this blade from the Seventh Samurai Taisho, and will pass it on with its current shots to any Mizukage that succeeds you. The Kubikiribocho is a blade capable of recovering itself using victim's blood, granting you the following abilities:
--- [Flying Revolving Sword] - Cut 1 player's ability usage in half the following cycle. [1-shot]
--- [Dance of the Crescent Moon] - Wound 1 player. [1-shot]
--- (Passive) [Blood Recovery] - Refill an ability of Kubikiribocho (of your choice) for every 2 wounds or 1 regular kill you inflict (the wounds don't have to be on the same person).

The Kages meet again to discuss business. This time, another Kage has fallen and was replaced.


Reminder - during the night, each Kage can submit the following in their role PM:

Promote: PlayerName
Hide: PlayerName


Promotions are processed as previously done: Each player receiving a promotion gains a rank at the end of the night, with possibility of multiple promotions happening if a player was voted for promotion by multiple Kages.

However, hiding is processed differently. Only 1 player can be hidden per night.


How it works:
​

  • The most submitted player name to be hidden by the Kages will be hidden that night, and nothing happens to the rest.
  • A player may not be hidden 2 nights in a row. All submissions on a player that was hidden the previous night will be ignored.
  • A hidden player cannot be sealed by the Akatsuki in that night, but they can still be killed/wounded as normal. Any full or partial seal initiated on the hidden player will fail that night.
  • The hidden player cannot take regular actions that night.
