Kaido is using hax to lift that small island (flame clouds). People act like Kaido is using his physical strength to do so. Making the much larger Elbaf shake on the other hand is the result of Loki's physical and elemental power, which is directly translatable to his attack power. flame clouds aren't something you use in battle. The sheer force capable to shake Elbaf on the other hand can be weaponized.

Loki already has lightning bolts as big as Elbaf he could destroy onigashima in his base form no need to even transform lol.
I’d love to see a attack Kaido had done that was the size of elbaf

Look at the size of the country compared to the tree. The Tree, this is being non-exggerative with the estimation, based on the other high things we know in one piece, is about 20,000 meters high. The Tree is longer than the width of Elbaf at the base. And everything that's happening right now is taking place in a smaller section of that 20,000 meters.
Wano in comparison is more expansive, hence it hasn't ever been shown in a single panel, like the entire nation of Elbaf has.
