Zoro already had the power to kill PH dragons and killed one so it doesn't make any sense for the manga to be talking about those type of dragons.

King is harder to damage than Kaido. A attack that can take out King would be more effective against Kaido. It really is that simple.

Interest, Loki hasn't awakened his DF which means his peak hasn't been reached yet. We will see more of his power evolve through out the fight.

Yeah, I too think Loki should be fairly bigger.

And anyway, bigger =/ longer. An anaconda might be faily longer than a polar bear, but it's clear the polar bear is overall many times more massive/bigger. At best, Flame Torch Kaido would be like a long eel compared to a massive Dragon many times more massive.

But in the end I think Loki will turn out to be longer too. And anyway, only flame torch (which again is not really Kaido, but flames shaped around Kaido) is debatable, surely not base zoan Kaido.

Not really. King is more durable than Kaido sure but his AP is trash compared to Kaidos. And King isnt a dragon by himself, it's an attack. So Zoro sliced through King's durability + AP. So even if King is more durable, Kaido's AP gap and the durability + AP overall sum easily eclipse that of King's dragon attack so Zoro cant do shit to Kaido if Kaido is using an AP attack, especially his high end moves.

The durability gap between Kaidos and Kings durability is also not that much during flames OFF mode.
