I think the title wouldn't mean anything as it was for the title of chapter 996, but form my part I don't think it's said or even less sure the title was about the mothers.

This is what I was saying to Sir Yasheen before:

See the mono there, the way Japanese used this term is always refering to their precious "thing" Which is usually Children or their Favourite gifted belongings from their loved ones.
And the context of them based of that is Their LOVE or their Connection.
Which is the theme of this chapter.

He’s been stated 10+ times to be a threat capable of destroying the world even by rocks who said his devil fruit should be able to topple the world government.
I’m gonna go on a limb here and say Loki should be one of the strongest dudes ever

I 100 percent believe rocks was correct in saying if he and Harald while he ate the df nobody’s stopping them,and Loki is like a mutant version of Harald so…. Put two and two together

but it’s nika peice and with how much Oda wrote elbaf dickriding Nika it’ll probably be Luffy Landing the finishing blow on imu or some shit

Coincidentally, this is the chapter that builds up the rescue of the children by the Sun God and Loki, and which end with the Sun God finally "rising" alongside another gigantic Dragon/God, which saved the children themselves. That, being the climax of the chapter + no reference in the chapter about the title + the title making sense for the actual climax, makes me think that is the point of it all.
Being a shonen also points to the most basic and clear answer.

The strongest --> children are saved --> chapter ends with the sun God (the deity of Erbaf) rising, fulfilling the prophecy. Very linear.

As for the term, according to will of Marco it was very vague:

Yea, but One piece Title had hidden context to it than any regular shonen.

Also the part of 996 title didn't it confirmed it was Kaido since we saw Killer saying their enemy is World Strongest? Especially since next panel we saw Kaido KO multiple Scabbards.

Yeah, It was about a thing Killer said. Which in fact makes this chapter's title stranger since, be it one way or another, there isn't a clear phrase about the title here.

I think this time Oda wanted to be willingly cryptic. He could have easily said "love" in the title or have a character saying something clearly related to It as he did with Killer back in day.
He didn't, knowing full well this was the chapter of Loki's revelation, in which the prophecy of the Sun God would have been fulfilled and in which Luffy and Loki would have saved those children.

In short, the title Is vague becuase imho It was meant to be intepretable for both the situations.

Ragnir can speak, Onimaru could so i believe 100 years old + Ratatoskr possibly can.

Sadly this is Oda we talking about, we had example of Gunko Shuri-hime and Harald especially, since being Imu's HK or the middle swallow sea pact, with Imu's power apparently can change their personality.

They´ve just gone full schizo. You know it´s a bad agenda when they have to use Loki being injured while chained up in seastone(which allowed fodder to be able to kill Ace) as an argument, or just pointless comparisons to other characters.
