Welp thats the thing, So far since Gaban said that they always came back to get Shanks even tho they got defeated, that means even guys like Roger couldn't Kill them only slowing their regeneration.
Imo the way Oda did the power system is just like the game. For example Red>Green, Green>Blue, Blue>Red. So its Balanced.
The way Oda sees how Haki fits on this one,
Haki is Red, DF is Green (including Mythical), Blue is Imu's Immortal power.
Its simple tbh and knowing Oda's power system, he likes simple lol

I dont think oda thought that true, there is no shot roger + crew is so haki capped they cant permenantly deal with 1 hk tbh

loki is already far stronger than luffy and big mom without dr, and zoro and sanji can't beat two characters who had a bounty of 1.8B even before their amp, and there's no narrative reason for the characters you mentioned to come back.

Oda is either going to make the monster trio strong enough to beat them or in an extremely rare case give them outside help so they 2v1 them
