Sudden breaks have happened various times in the past. Even recently, even though I don't remember exactly when was last time.

Usually are related to Oda not being well or not being able to finish the chapter because of extra work.

i'm guessing it's another delay considering oda did a jump cover + SBS with the volume release? i don't see how Redon would've gotten too scared to post his deliberately vague hints if it were an issue of leakers laying low.

Are we getting Sanji vs Killingham this chapter? Is it a usual clash or actually lock-in battle?

I am not getting my hopes up, as per usual, we all know how Sanji vs King and Sanji vs Kizaru went, but damn, Sanji vs Killingham has so much potential!!!

A for gags reasons (Oda loves drawing his okamas an that's certainly going to be Sanji's nightmare)
B for fan service reasons (imagine Killingham pulling out some hot chicks from Sanji's brain by mistake)
C for Sanji unlocking CoC (because how else he can defeat him)
